Currently we are following the latest CDC guidelines using the honor system with our guests who come to The L. We have hand sanitizer and masks available at no charge for anyone that would like one attending an event at The L.

Tickets are available at: www.the-l.live, most events also have tickets available for purchase at The Squatch Den in Elmira Heights.

We have plenty of parking on site at The L. Look for signs and parking attendants upon arrival to help you locate a parking spot. Most events are only $10 per vehicle to park.

You will need a valid government issued ID if you are planning to consume adult beverages while at The L.

Most of our concerts are all ages meaning 16+ is admitted w. ID. If you are under 16 you must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Please look at the description listed under each event on our website for that nights specific age restrictions.

We have a Café on site that will be serving food for every event that we hold at The L. Be sure to keep an eye on our social media for the most current menu.

Yes, we carry a variety of local, domestic and imported beer and wine for patrons who are 21+. We also offer a variety of non alcoholic beverages.

We only offer seating in the venue for events that are seated, there is seating and tables available in the hallway that wraps around the Main Room that is available for all events.

On ticketed concerts or special events, we do not offer re-entry. Non ticketed events you may come and go as you please. We do have a smoking area off the side of the venue that you’re able to use throughout any event at The L.

Currently we do not have an ATM on site. We do accept cash and card at for any purchases made at The L.

We do! If you think you left something at the venue (Licence, Credit Card, Purse, Jackets, etc) email us at adam.bunce@the-l.live. Please note- we don’t hold regular day time hours so email is the best way to get a hold of us.

Will Call tickets may be picked up the night of the show once doors open. There is one line for all ticket holders and will call. Please bring your ID.

As a general rule, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Policies set forth by Event Partners, prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
